Q&A with Annabelle

Q&A with Annabelle

Q. If you could wake up tomorrow fluent in 2 new languages, what would they be and why?

A. I’d probably choose Korean, so I can understand my Korean friends when they speak it, and kiswahili because it may come in handy living in Kenya and I haven’t been able to learn it in real time.

Q. If you and your friends won $100, what would you spend it on?

A. We’d probably use it to buy milkshakes at Teddy’s (our schools Café) weeks and weeks on end.

Q. What would be a perfect meal, dinner and desert?

A. I think I would want to eat beef tacos with lemonade and milkshakes for dinner with lemon blueberry pie for desert on a perfect day.

Q. If you could travel back in time 3 years, what would you tell your past self?

A. I would tell my fourth-grade self to be prepared for a global pandemic, which 10 year old me probably wouldn’t know what was so I’d probably stop there so my life could play out how it is supposed to.

Q. Would you rather have $1 million right now or 1 cent doubled every day for 30 days?

A. My instinct is to choose the 1 million dollars because 1 cent doesn’t seem like a lot of money and I’m not very patient, but google says that I would have $5,368,709.12 if I go for choice two so I think I would choose the second option.

Q. What is something you do if you can’t sleep at night?

A. I either put on music or read my book.

Q. What is your ultimate dream job?

A. Since this question has the word ultimate in it I’m going to go ultimate, but just so you know I plan on being a teacher, although if I knew it would work out I would love to be an actor who gets lead roles in movies and TV shows even if it was voice acting, or an award winning author who could write a book series as famous as Harry Potter or Hunger Games.

Q. What is something you enjoy learning in school?

A. I love learning ancient world history because it is more of an in-depth story than a skill I won’t need to use when I’m an adult like prime factorization and poetry writing, also my history teacher is really nice and gives really fun lessons.

Q. If a genie said you could have five wishes in five years or one wish right now, which would you choose?

Although a part of me would lean towards one wish right now, I would definitely pick the five wishes because one, I don’t know what I would wish for right now, and two if I didn’t choose the 5 wishes I would very much regret that decision in five years.

So… that’s all the questions for this post. Here’s a little more on me, I celebrated my 13th birthday about a month ago, and am in 7th grade. In most of my free time I can be found hanging out with my friends, baking, reading, or doing something creative.
